RETURN GOODS :
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items, in perfect condition and with tags, can be returned for size change, color change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Send the package by mail or courier according to your preference. We recommend a standard shipping service with tracking as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, delays. Return costs (shipping/packaging fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
Before making the return please inquire with your authorities if there is a possibility of refund of Taxes and VAT paid.
When filling out customs declaration forms (CN22 and/or CN23), it is necessary to indicate "Returned Goods - Failed Sale" and attach them to the outside of the package.
Please follow the indicated return procedure carefully as if duties/customs fees are found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (stuck in customs or sent back with any additional charges to be paid by the sender.

Once the products are received, they will be carefully checked to ensure that they meet the return conditions. At the slightest sign of use, the return is rejected (this is because Manifatture Toscane cares that each user receives perfectly new and unused material).
Within 14 working days after receipt of the goods, passed the inspection:
- with outward shipment not free of charge, the value of the returned products will be refunded
- with outward shipment free of charge, it will be possible to choose between a voucher of the value of the returned goods with a validity of 6 months or a refund. Variable handling fees depending on the country of destination or calculated by customer service will be deducted in both cases.
Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase, and the re-credit may delay a few days before it can be seen (depends on the type of card used). Remember that in the case of credit cards it might happen to see the crediting to the account the following month with the statement (the transaction should already be viewable in the movement/balance list of the respective card, however.
Manifatture Toscane in some cases also offers pickup with its own courier. If you would like more information please contact our customer service department. A fee will be charged for this service.
If promotional codes were used in the returned order, they will no longer be usable.
